    I want you to buy into the full project. This is a 12-18 month commitment. I detail the start, the middle, and the end with market data and local insights.

    I walk with you through the process of developing. I want to make sure we don’t miss an opportunity to maximize our market impact.

  • Selling

    I garner insights from colleagues, and bring the house to market. This is where the entire vision comes together and we get to pitch it to the community.

The Enclave on Garrett

The Enclave on Garrett began with a vision. I discovered the land, navigated complex zoning requirements, and pitched a strategic development plan. Collaborating with my clients, I guided pricing to ensure market competitiveness and profitability. The result: a beautifully designed, deliverable product that blends quality craftsmanship with thoughtful, community-focused planning.

This community ended up being all semi custom homes. All but one were sold prior to being completed. This simple parcel that sat on the market for 180+ days turned into a project that delivered over $8,000,000 in volume for my clients.


Thorne Street

In the Colonial Village community, I collaborated with a local builder to successfully bring a series of homes to market, made possible by the Expanding Housing Choices program. This initiative enabled the builder to develop thoughtfully designed homes that met the growing demand for accessible, high-quality housing in the area. Through strategic marketing, community engagement, and personalized client service, these four homes attracted strong interest and quickly sold in the high $300,000s. This project not only provided beautiful living spaces but also demonstrated the impact of innovative housing solutions on the local real estate market.
