Matt Lunceford Blivin
I was born and raised in Durham. I graduated from Jordan High school, and then I attended Belmont University where I built community and competed on the track team. I came back to Durham after graduating excited to reinvest into my local Durham community. This led me to become a broker, to help make your dreams a reality and help make the triangle the best place to live! You may see me running on the American Tobacco Trail, at the farmers market eating a bagel, or walking with my partner and puppy downtown. I believe people come first and will do everything I can to make your home buying or selling process as smooth as possible.

Married with two human kiddos and two furry ones, Erica’s home is a whirlwind of love, laughter, and the sweet aroma of baked goodies. When she’s not busy turning dough into magic in the kitchen (hello, sourdough and sweets!), you might catch her dreaming up her next adventure—because the travel bug is always biting.
